Stevens Park Estates Conservation District

The Dallas City Council approved the Stevens Park Estates Conservation District plan on September 28, 2011.  The Conservation District includes a sub-district for properties on Plymouth Road, and also includes the Christian Science Church and Annie Stevens Park – click here for a copy.   Many committed neighbors have spent close to 7 years working on this CD that was approved by 76% of the neighbors who returned ballots to the City in a June of 2011 vote.  This has been a long process and the CD Committee wanted to thank everyone who helped work on this over the years.
